- ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive
10 minutes early to prepare for your treatment.
Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa experience. Regardless of when your treatment commences, it will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and changes for services are accepted without incurring a
charge if notification is made within 24 hours for a single service and within 48 hours for multiple services. Without advance notification, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card holding the appointment.
- PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are subject to change.
Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Gratuities are accepted in cash or check and are not included in prices listed.
- GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Gift Certificates must be redeemed one- year from the date of purchase. We urge all certificate bearers to schedule
their visit as soon upon receipt as possible, since requests for certain services on certain days may take up to four to six weeks. Gift Certificates may not be purchased with another gift certificate.
- RETURNS POLICY
Returns and exchanges on skin care products are accepted only within thirty days of purchase.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on opened products.
- CHILDREN
Children not receiving spa services are not permitted in the spa area.
Children under the age of eight years old are not permitted in the reception area unless accompanied by an adult.
